Our new website has been designed to be faster, more visually appealing and mobile friendly. (Updates to our Thermostat Account and mobile apps will follow)
Our new site is fully responsive, which means that it will look great on any device and any orientation.
We have added a savings calculator, to give you an estimation of how much you could save by using our heating systems. There is also a comparison chart, so you can see how we compare against our competitors.
You can still find the extensive list of help on our website including Inspire College where we teach you how to use your Thermostat. There is also our detailed fault finding guide that can help you identify all kinds of faults with your heating system.
We have added an extra way to find out more about our Thermostats. You can now book a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss your heating requirements and options. These can be via Zoom or a phone call.

If you are one of our long-term customers and have recently purchased an Ignite Wired Thermostat, you may well have noticed our new packaging boxes.
Not only does this give the units a far more professional look and feel but it has also sped up our boxing process by halving the number of cardboard parts. This has resulted in reducing the cardboard used by over 40%! (and saved us considerable space in our store room)
We worked with our packaging provider to create a novel solution where one internal piece of card folds in many places to securely hold the contents. The external sleave locks these folds in place, providing a strong rigid box.
The internal cardboard starts with a flat piece of card. This piece has minimal wasted cardboard around the flap.

Providing a fully assembled box, using less packaging, that can also be fully recycled

Adding Smart Heating Controls to your home will help you manage your heat more effectively, save you money and make your home more energy efficient.
If you’re a homeowner or residential landlord you can now apply for a £5000 Green Homes Grant voucher (up to £10,000 for low income households) towards the cost of installing energy efficient improvements to your home including heating controls such as our Ignite Smart Thermostats.
You can apply directly for the grant, but it needs to be performed by an accredited installer.
