If you have any concerns or complaints about how we have handled your personal data, we are committed to investigating them fairly and promptly.

Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it as soon as reasonably possible. We will then investigate the matter thoroughly and keep you informed of the outcome, including any actions taken where appropriate.
