Thermostat features

Helps you save money by stopping tenants from turning the heating to 30 degrees.

Lockable – You choose how the thermostat can be operated

Manage 100 plus thermostats from ONE account

Full remote control via our app or web account, accessible via your Mobile, Tablet or PC

Heating schedules: Choose up to 10 set points within a 24-hour period.
Choose between 7-day/ Weekdays and weekends or daily heating schedules.

Boost feature: Allows you to set the maximum temperature and time frame that cannot be overridden. When you activate the boost, the system will notify you via push notification or email (Once set)

Tracks usage and holds up to one year of history on your detailed graph for easy analysis of your heating usage (Not appliable for Hot Water)

Hot Water controls (Not required with Combi Boilers) allow you to set up a schedule and allow a hot water boost.

iCal Compatible - Use iCal to sync your bookings with our thermostat, ensuring the heating is only available when you have a booking. (Only available with the Calendar Version)
