Your heating is usually set to follow a schedule—typically in the mornings and evenings. If you're home during the day and need extra warmth, the thermostat includes an optional Boost feature.
Please note: This setting must be enabled by the property owner. If it's not currently available, we recommend contacting them to discuss activating the Boost function.

Hot Water Boost Availability
Please note that the
Hot Water Boost feature is not available on all devices. Some properties are fitted with
combi boilers, which provide hot water on demand and do not support separate hot water control via the thermostat.
Please note: If you’re unable to boost hot water or don’t see hot water controls on your thermostat, it’s likely that this feature isn’t available in your current setup.
In this case, we recommend contacting your
landlord or managing agent as a first step. They’ll be able to confirm your system’s capabilities and assist further if needed
