We design our products to be easy to use, so we believe the warranty we offer should be the same.

36 Month Warranty

Ignite range has a three-year warranty as standard.

12 Month Warranty

NS100X range has a one-year warranty as standard.

Our Warranty

Inspire Home Automation warrants their products, will be free from defects in materials, manufacture and be fit for normal use during selected Warranty Period.

In the unlikely event that you need to claim, please contact us, within your warranty period and provide proof of purchase (including date purchased and the retailer). We will assess your claim and if appropriate provide you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, together with details of how to return your item to us.

We may, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the purchase.

We will not be held liable for indirect or consequential damage cause by any of the following

  • Improper use or installation.
  • Mishandling
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Accidental damage

This constitutes our entire liability which will never exceed the price you paid for it, plus the necessary costs you made for the warranty claim. We will not be held liable for product failure due to availability of an internet connection.
