Connecting to your router

Before you begin, please note that you must be at the property to connect the thermostat to the internet.

New Thermostat



We recommend first using the app to connect your new thermostat automatically to the internet and your account; if you are adding another device, please click the three lines in the top left-hand corner to open the menu, click User, then Add Device to begin.
       

Or, manually register using the online account



New Router / Changed Password



Please use the app to reconnect automatically; please click the three lines in the top left-hand corner to open the menu, click User, then Add Device to begin.

If you cannot use the app, please click the image of your thermostat below to reconnect manually.

Troubleshooting ‘Your Thermostat has disconnected from our server.’


  1. If you have not changed your router or password, there may be an issue with the router itself; as a start in the diagnostic process, please switch your router off at the plug, leave for 10 minutes, switch it back on, and within 10 minutes the thermostat should reconnect.

  2. If your thermostat does not reconnect, please check if you are using WIFI boosters/ extenders and that these are all switched on and working.

  3. If the above fails to help reconnect, please start an online chat by clicking ‘WE ARE HERE’ on the page.
