Fault Finding Guide

Please ensure the Inspire system has been on for at least an hour to acclimatise to the room.

If you believe the temperature is out by a few degrees then you can easily correct this by adding an offset to the unit.

Login on the website and browse to Setup -> Advanced.
Or on the app, select Advanced from the menu.

If you are using other devices to measure the temperature then ensure these are in the same position as the Thermostat, and leave them for 30 minutes to acclimatise.

Also, note the inaccuracies of cheaper temperature sensors which can be out by up to 10%.
