Fault Finding Guide

If the middle light on the Gateway is off, then the unit does not have an Internet connection.

Please check the following:
  • Check that you have an Internet connection, use another device e.g. phone to check this, but ensure you turn your mobile data off

  • Please ensure that the network cable securely plugged into the back of the Gateway and the Router.

  • Try all the ports on the back of the router.

  • Reset the router, remove the power from the back of the router, wait 1 minute, then power up the router again.
    Wait 5 minutes the router to reboot

If you are going via a 3rd party device, e.g. WiFi booster, then plug the gateway directly into the router. If the middle light now turns green then the problem exists with your 3rd party device.
