Fault Finding Guide

If this is a new Smart Sensor, then ensure that you have paired it to the Thermostat. Press and hold the 'CH MODE' and 'BOOST CH' keys on the thermostat until C5 is displayed. Then press and hold the down arrow on the Smart sensor for 5 seconds.

If the Smart Sensor has previously been connected to the Thermostat then this is likely to be a Signal problem or flat batteries.

If the batteries need changing, then twist the cover anti clockwise, this will reveal the batteries. Please replace these with 2 x AAA Alkaline batteries.

If the Signal is an Issues, then either move your smart sensor to a better location or purchase an Ignite Signal Booster.
