Fault Finding Guide

If this is a new Smart Sensor, then ensure that you have paired it to the Relay Module. Press the middle button on the Relay module, this will make all lights flash green, then press the appropriate button (CH) to pair the central heating channel to the Smart Sensor, this will start the button flashing. Then press and hold the down arrow on the Smart sensor for 5 seconds.

If the Smart Sensor has previously been connected to the Relay Module then this is likely to be a Signal problem or flat batteries.

If the batteries need changing, then twist the cover anti clockwise, this will reveal the batteries. Please replace these with 2 x AAA Alkaline batteries.

If the Signal is an Issues, then either move your smart sensor to a better location or purchase an Ignite Signal Booster.
