Fault Finding Guide

If the Thermostat is not connected to the Relay Module then this is likely to be a Signal problem or flat batteries.

Remove the Thermostat from the wall. The batteries can be found on the rear of the Thermostat. Please replace the batteries with new AA Alkaline batteries.

If the Signal is an Issues, then either move your Thermostat to a better location or purchase an Ignite Signal Booster.
