Changed your Router Password?


Please follow this guide if you have changed the router password

Reset your Router


If your unit has previously been connected, resetting the router fixes over 80% of all problems. Remove the power from the back of the router, wait 1 minute, then power up the router again.
Wait 5 minutes the router to reboot

Check that you have an Internet connection


Use another device e.g. phone to check this, but ensure you turn your mobile data off

3rd Party Devices


If you are going via a 3rd party device, e.g. WiFi booster, ensure this device has a valid connection back to the router.

Other potential issues


  • Ensure the router is running at 2.4GHz

  • Router passwords are case sensitive, double check your password. Ensure your phone/computer doesn't capitilise the first letter.
