URGENT UPDATE GPSR – Last days to order for Northern Ireland & EU

Due to GPSR regulations, taking effect on the 13th December, we, like most other small businesses will be suspending all shipments to Northern Ireland and the EU.

Your last time to order is the 11th December 2024.

What is GPSR?

General Product Safety Regulation. Whereas we exceed everything related to safety, the new regulations require us to have an Authorised representative within the EU. This is currently cost prohibitive for us.

When will you resume shipping?

At this time, we simply do not know, but a significant amount of other companies are in the same situation. We will see how things play out over the next few months and reassess the situation in the new year.

What about responsible person services?

A lot of companies have sprung up offering to be the authorised representative for a small (which then becomes large) fee. Using these services presents large issues on trust, compliance and doubts on how long they will operate for.

As such, we do not feel this is a viable option at the moment.

Does this affect shipping to any other UK addresses?

No, just Northern Ireland is affected.
