Repair Service

If you have a thermostat has become damaged or needs inspecting due to an out of warranty fault, we offer a repair service. Please email us on helpdesk@inspirehomeautomation.co.uk with a full description along with a photo so we can advise the next steps.

Returns Department

In the event you need to return your purchase or need a warranty repair of your thermostat then please email helpdesk@inspirehomeautomation.co.uk with the reason for the return and a picture of the goods needing to be returned. Please note; we have a dedicated support team to help diagnose issues with the installer WHILE on site. Before removing any equipment from your property please contact us for diagnosis support or use our fault finding guide for further assistance
