If the Thermostat is not connected to the Gateway then this is likely to be a Signal problem or flat batteries.
Remove the Thermostat from the wall by unscrewing the two screws underneath the unit. The batteries can be found on the rear of the Thermostat. Please replace the batteries with new AA Alkaline batteries.
